Jean Twomey MIACP offers a professional and confidential counselling service for issues such as abuse, trauma, relationships, addictions, depression, stress, bereavement, etc.  She is experienced in dealing with clients of all ages, including adolescents.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Supervision, a Diploma in Psychology, a Certificate in Mental Health Studies, and is a qualified Mindfulness Coach and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Practitioner. She is an IACP accredited Supervisor.

She is trained in Suicide Prevention and Self Harm Crisis Intervention & Management (Pieta House & CAMS Model). She is also qualified in Reiki (Level 1).
