Jean Twomey MIACP offers a professional and confidential counselling service for issues such as abuse, trauma, relationships, ocd, addictions, depression, stress, bereavement, etc.  She is experienced in dealing with clients of all ages, including adolescents.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Supervision, a Diploma in Psychology, a Certificate in Mental Health Studies, a Certificate in Level 1 & 2 Couples Counselling, and is a qualified Mindfulness Coach and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR Level 1, 2 & 3) Practitioner. She is an IACP accredited Supervisor and Psychotherapist.

She is trained in Suicide Prevention and Self Harm Crisis Intervention & Management (Pieta House & CAMS Model). She is also qualified in Reiki (Level 1).
